Returns Policy

At AvaDry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return most unused items within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team. They will advise you on the correct return method and provide further instructions.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hygiene/sanitary products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging where possible

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you require an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
